Well, staying consistent on social media is so important if you want to grow on social media, and especially if you want to use social media to grow your business. So that’s why in this video I’m going to teach you how you can stay consistent on all of your social media platforms. My name is Doctor Desiree Yazdan. I am a cosmetic dentist in Newport Beach, and I have built most of my business by using social media, and I want to teach you how to do the same.

Now, before I get into all the details, I want you to make sure to subscribe to my channel, and hit the bell so that you will be notified whenever I post a new video.

So if you’re stuck staring at a blank screen every day, and you don’t know what to post, or how to stay consistent, by the end of this video, you will have three methods that you can use to stay consistent on social media. I’ve used these strategies to help myself stay consistent on social media, and I’ve also helped other people use these same exact strategies so that they can stay consistent on social media, so they can grow their business. Because of this consistency, I have seen tremendous growth in my business, and tremendous growth in the businesses of those people that I have also coached one-on-one, and now I’ve made this video so I can help you do the same.

In addition to that, I have created an Instagram guide specifically for health care professionals that you can download here. It comes with 30 captions that you can copy and paste when you’re tired, or you can use this as templates or inspiration when you’re feeling creative and you want to create a post on your own. It will save you so much time and energy, so make sure that you download your free copy, and it will also help you stay consistent on social media.

Now let’s get into those three steps so that you can stay consistent on social media.

Okay, so the first step is going to be to make sure you plan your content in advance. If you’re trying to post on the fly every day, it ain’t gonna happen. You may figure it out, and it may work for you in the beginning, but in the long run, you won’t be able to stay consistent. So, you want to plan any events you have coming up, or any campaigns you will be working on, and holidays or events that you will be attending. This way, if you have a special event coming up in your office, or a product, or a service that you will want to be promoting, all of your content should be directly related in building up to this. What this does is it builds an audience of warm traffic so that when you run your special or whatever it is that you’re working on, your audience will want to purchase from you. They’ll basically be really engaged with you, because you’ve already warmed them up to this idea.

Step number two is going to be decide what platform you’re going to be using the most. It’s tempting to want to use YouTube, and Instagram, and Facebook, and Twitter, and Snapchat. There’s so many platforms on there, but if you’re just starting out, I want you to focus on one or maybe two. Pick that one platform, that platform of your choice where you think your ideal audience is hanging out, and work on building an audience on that one platform first. That is what’s going to give you the best return in your investment.

Now what I want you to do is comment below and tell me how many days a week you plan to post on your social media account.

Step number three is going to be to use a scheduling tool. Now, there are so many tools out there that you can use to help keep your posts organized. For Instagram, I like Planoly. It’s great for Instagram. It helps you see your feed. For Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, there’s something called Hootsuite, so you can google those and download them from the App Store, and see which one works best for the platform that you’re using it for. But the goal is to create content, and then you put it into one of these scheduling apps so that it helps you stay consistent.

Now that you know how you can stay consistent on social media, I want you to make sure that you download my Instagram guide for health care professionals. These captions can be used on all social media platforms, and the best part is I’ve even given you a daily Instagram strategy that will help you grow your business.
